Why I Train 55+

by | Apr 2, 2026 | Benefits, Mission

I train adults 55 and better because I am one of you—and I understand how bodies, goals, and priorities change over time.

This stage of life isn’t about chasing trends or punishing workouts. It’s about moving well, staying strong, protecting joints, improving balance, and maintaining independence. It’s about being able to travel, play with grandkids, enjoy hobbies, and feel confident in your own body.

Having spent decades in the fitness industry—and decades living life—I bring both experience and empathy to my training. I know that smart, functional movement works. I know that consistency beats intensity. And I know that it’s never too late to get stronger. My goal is simple:
to help you feel capable, confident, and empowered—so you can keep doing the things you love for years to come.
